i just got back.. i went for a spin with babydear today.. he drives! he loans the car.. well, firstly, he picked me up from my house together with his two sis.. poor they, have to wait for me for quite a while to get ready.. hehe.. then, off to clementi to fetch his mum, afterwhich went to woodlands to fetch his grandma and send them to TTSH.. what a journey.. as we are unfamilliar with the road, we have to use the map.. and i was to help him read the map while he is driving.. im not gd at direction or at reading the map (which made me a little giddy..huh..).. but we still manage to reach our destination.. =)
we had no plans to go anywhere.. do not know where to eat.. at first, we wanted to go to newton circus for our dinner.. but missed the entry.. so went around and around and finally we decide to go to the town area.. finally ate our dinner at Marina Square.. ;)
it was his first time driving a car besides when he was learning to drive.. and i can say, he is a gd driver.. though he was quite nervous.. hehe.. i really had a fun time getting chauffered around.. haha.. thanks babydear for today!

i've recently read 2 books from Jodi Picoult and i can say she is a brilliant writer.. the storyline is good, able to capture each characters thoughts and feelings, and the ending wouldn't be what you would expected..
